Prophetess Billie Rogers
Lead Intercessor, Minister in Healing & Deliverance
Ms. Bille Rogers is the prophet and lead intercessor at Believer’s Authority Healing & Deliverance. She was ordained a minister in Mississippi in 1985. She was then ordained in Florida in ministry and Intercession in 1992. Prophetess Billie received many certificates in healing & deliverance, intercessory prayer, and ministry. She received a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science in 1979 from the University of Arkansas, and an Associate in Social Work from Itawamba Community College in 2015. 1 Cor. 14:3-4 "But he who prophesies speaks edification and exhortation and comfort to men. 4 He who speaks in a tongue edifies himself, but he who prophesies edifies the church."

Minister Regina Medley

Minister Regina Medley has been a minister in healing & deliverance at Believer's Authority Intl. under Apostle Ronda Pinson since 2016. Minister Regina received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Ministry and Theology from The International College of Ministry in 2024. She received certification in Theology from Hillsdale College in 2022. She received a Regional Deliverance Training School certificate in June 2020 under Becca Greenwood. She received a certificate in Regional Transformation Spiritual Warfare Mississippi State School in March 2018 under Becca Greenwood.
Matthew 28:19-20, "Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.
Spencer Medley
Youth/ Young Adult Leader
Spencer Medley has attended Believer's Authority Healing & Deliverance Intl. since 2019. He began leadership in youth/ young adult ministry in June 2024. He is attending the International College of Ministry to obtain a degree in Ministry and Theology.
Spencer's vision for youth/young adults is to inspire and discuss real-life situations and apply God's Word to their lives.
